The prayer in the present writ petition is to direct absorption of the petitioner's services with the respondent no.2 Zilla Parishad.

Shri G. G. Mishra, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 on instructions states that due to passage of time services of the petitioner stand absorbed after bifurcation of the Zilla Parishad. He states that Writ Petition No. 552 of 2003 which involved similar issue was disposed of in similar circumstances. In view of aforesaid the Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
