Notice issued to petitioner for engagement of another counsel on 22.3.2016 is served. Nobody appears for petitioner. Learned AGP appears for respondent nos. 1 & 2. He submits that petitioner has challenged the order of Scrutiny Committee dated 6.12.2002 by which her tribe claim has been invalidated and has sought a declaration that setting aside of her election on that ground is unsustainable. The election has been conducted in the year 2002 and hence tenure of elected candidate has also expired in 20007. It appears that therefore petitioner has lost interest in present matter.

We accordingly dispose of petition as infructuous. No costs.
