At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that his claim is based on employment policy i.e. Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) policy, which is not placed on record. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.

Permission is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
