By this application, the applicant seeks temporary exemption from the payment of deficit court fee of Rs.16,630/- in the present appeal.

This application seems to be filed on 18.06.2018 after the objections raised by the registry of this Court. However, till date this application is not decided. 4.

Today, learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to deposit the deficit court fee of Rs.16,630/- within a period of four weeks.

In view of this undertaking, application stands disposed of. Office is directed to accept the deficit court fee, if the same is deposited within a period of four weeks from today.
