Though Advocate Verma for petitioner attempts to demonstrate that the alleged mistake in fixation is an error committed deliberately and, therefore, there is contempt, after hearing respective Counsel, we are not in a position to accept the contempt.

Hence, with liberty to petitioner to take such other steps as are available under law for rectification of alleged arrears and wrong fixation, we dispose of Contempt Petition. No costs.
