After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing that this Court is not inclined to allow this application, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He further prays to continue the ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 25.07.2022, so as to enable the applicant to surrender either before the trial Court or the Police.

Permission to withdraw the present application is granted.

The ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 25.07.2022 shall continue for two weeks to enable the applicant to surrender. 4.

It is made clear that after completion of two weeks period, the order granting ad-interim anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
