This petition is seeking direction against the Police to take appropriate action against the respondent No.2. There was matrimonial dispute between the petitioner wife and respondent No.2 husband. Divorce proceeding was pending in the Family Court, Buldhana. On 09.05.2023, when the petitioner wife went to the Court, the respondent No.2 husband abused her in filthy language and gave life threats. The petitioner wife has reported the matter to the Police. On the basis of which Police have registered N.C. report dated 10.05.2023. It is petitioner's contention that despite her grievance, no action was taken and thus, necessary direction be given.

We quiet see that the allegation is about threats for which the Police have recorded non-cognizable offence. In the circumstances, we do not see any reason to issue direction to the Police. Hence, petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the
