2] We have perused the application.

3] It is stated that respondent No.1 has expired on 18/04/2021. The names of the legal representatives of respondent No.1 is stated in the application.

4] The legal representatives of respondent No.1 filed Pursis bearing Stamp No. 1/2021 stating therein that the name of daughter of respondent No.1 is not mentioned in the aforesaid application, who is also his legal representative.

4-CAZ-24-2021 5] In the given facts, so also considering the prayer made in the application, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1 as mentioned in the application so also in the Pursis bearing Stamp No. 1/2021.

6] Necessary amendment/s be carried out within a period of one week.

7] Mr. N.B. Kalwaghe, learned counsel, waives service of notice on behalf of the legal representatives of respondent No.1.

8] The Civil Application stands disposed of.
