This is an application filed on behalf of the claimant for withdrawal of amount of Rs.87,624/- deposited by the insurance company.

In view of the judgment and award passed in his favour, the civil application stands allowed. The claimant is permitted to withdraw the said amount on he giving an undertaking to the Registrar (J.) of this Court that in the event the appeal filed by the appellant is allowed, he will refund the amount along with interest that may be determined by this Court at the time of final hearing within a period of 6 months from the date of judgment. 3.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
