Heard.

The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail. The crime is registered on the complaint of Nandini Ajabrao Yadgire that the applicant had sold agricultural land to the son of the complainant by sale-deed registered on 12th August, 2015, however, the applicant has subsequently executed sale-deed in favaour of Mohammad Afzal Rangari on 1st June, 2016 and has cheated son of the complainant. The applicant, aged about 56 years, claims to be retired Teacher and has stated that he is not involved in any other crime/offence.

The non-applicant has not been able to point out that the custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

2 aba458.17 Considering the facts of the case and the nature of accusations against the applicant, the following order is passed :

In the event of arrest in Crime No.119 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond of Rs.10,000/-.

The application is allowed accordingly.
