Accepting the explanation given in the application, the delay of about one year in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.3 on record is condoned and the petitioner is permitted to implead the proposed legal representatives of the respondent No.3 as Respondent Nos. 3(a) to 3(f). The civil applications are allowed accordingly. W.P. NO. 3307/14.

As the respondent Nos.3(a) to 3(f) are served with the notice of Civil Application Nos.1475/2016 and 1476/2016 and are aware about the pendency of this writ petition, fresh notice of writ petition to these respondents is not required.
