Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after six weeks.

Civil Application (CAF) No. 2141/2025 Learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that the appellant has received the notice of execution proceedings on 25-06-2025. She undertakes to deposit the entire compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, in the court within six weeks. Her statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

Having considered the same, in my view, it would be appropriate to stay the impugned judgment and award till the next date. As such, there shall be a stay to the impugned judgment and award, subject to the deposit of the entire compensation amount as per the award in the Court, within six weeks from today.
