Shri S. M. Ghodeswar, learned Assistant Government Pleader informs that the vehicle of the petitioner is already in custody of police department in Crime No.174/2024 registered with Mohadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. According to him after receipt of the amount of penalty the vehicle was already released and it is no more in the custody of the respondent-Authority.

In view above, reserving the right of the petitioner to get the vehicle released on Supratnama from the Criminal Court, no further orders are required.
