DATED : AUGUST 20, 2019 Applicant is a woman aged about 26 years, arrested in connection with Crime No.116/2019, registered with Police Station, Daryapur, Dist. Amravati for an offence punishable under Sections 376 (2) (n), 376-D, A and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. Heard Mr. Dhawas, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Jawade, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State. Also perused the reply filed on behalf of the prosecution. A report is lodged against applicant and her brother on 22.05.2019 by the victim herself that. According to the FIR, it is clear that main allegations are against brother of the applicant, who is already arrested and is in jail. Allegations against present applicant is in the nature that she used to extend threats to the complainant. Besides this, there are no allegations against her.

In view of nature of such allegations, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Interim order dated 01.07.2019, passed by this Court, stands confirmed.

The application is disposed of.
