The learned Advocate for the applicants seeks leave to amend the application in view of the fact that charge-sheet is filed.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that earlier when the First Information Report was filed, the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code was not invoked, however, it is later on invoked and therefore, he seeks leave to amend the application and mask the name of the non-applicant No.2.

The learned Advocate may carry out the amendment during the course of the day since he says that the application is ready.

The application for amendment is disposed of. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO. 950/2023 .

Issue notice to the non-applicants. The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
