The application is for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the DNA report, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after eight months, if there is no progress in the trial.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court of the matter of a similar nature, the liberty is granted after one year.
4.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file after one year if there is no commencement of the trial.
