The second appeal was dismissed in default on 10.06.2019, as the learned counsel for the appellant was absent, even on the second call. By this application, the second appeal is sought to be restored. It is submitted that the learned counsel for the appellant had certain personal difficulties due to which he was unable to appear on 10.06.2019. An affidavit has been sworn by the learned counsel in this regard, considering which the application is allowed.

The order dated 10.06.2019 is withdrawn and the second appeal is restored. Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
