After going through the application more particularly paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the appellant to explain the delay caused in filing the first appeal.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Appeal be registered.

Civil application is disposed of.

The name "High Court Employees Cooperative Society, Nagpur" mentioned in paragraph no.2 in the order dated 19th October, 2023 be corrected as "The High Court Gazetted Officers Association, Nagpur" and re-uploaded it.
