By the order dated 30th September, 2015 this Court directed issuance of notice and granted interim order in favour of the petitioner on condition that he deposits Rs.Fifty Thousand within three weeks of the order. It was recorded that if the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time the interim order shall stand vacated.

None appeared for the petitioner on 28th October, 2015. On 26th November, 2015 the petitioner was granted two weeks' time to remove the office objections. On 11th December, 2015 the petitioner was granted four weeks' time to remove the office objections. The office note shows that the petitioner has not supplied copy of the application. None appeared for the petitioner when the matter is called out.

If the office objection is not removed within one week, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
