This application is taken out under affirmation of original plaintiff no.2 - Kishor Deshmukh seeking extension of time limit imposed by this Court while deciding Writ Petition No. 4258 of 2021. This Court has directed to decide the applications mentioned therein within a period of six weeks from the date of copy of the order produced before the Trial Court. The learned Counsel appearing for applying party i.e. Kishor Deshmukh would submit that the time limit may expire on 29.07.2022 and therefore, short extension be accorded. On the other hand, learned Counsel appearing for Nagpur Improvement Trust (N.I.T.) made certain submissions on the facts as to how the applicants are interested in delaying the matter. However, he would submit that the intimation of order passed in Writ Petition was tendered before

2 31 caw 1570.2022 the Trial Court vide Pursis dated 28.06.2022 and therefore, according to N.I.T., the time limit would expire on 08.08.2022.

In view of that, no separate order of extension is needed. The Trial Court is permitted to decide the relevant applications on or before 08.08.2022 treating it as time limit fixed by this Court. In case of difficulty, the Trial Court shall approach to this Court, and not the parties (as regards to the time limit).

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
