For the reasons recorded in the applications for amendment of the Contempt Petition, the same are allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

After carrying out the amendment, issue notice to the newly impleaded party respondents, returnable within a period of three weeks.

In addition to the regular mode of service, hamdast is also permitted.
