(2) of the present petition has rendered infructuous. The learned counsel for the applicants further submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application insofar as his prayer in respect of prayer clause (1) is concerned. He submits that he will be filing an appropriate application for discharge before the learned Magistrate.

The prayer is accepted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take necessary steps as are advisable to him in law.
