Shri P.S. Khubalkar, Advocate for the non-applicants and Shri A.R. Wagh, Advocate for the applicant have filed these applications praying that the order passed on 5th July, 2016 directing issuance of bailable warrant against the applicant and the non-applicants be recalled.

The learned Advocates have pointed out the reason for their absence when the matter was called out on 5th July, 2016.

Accepting the reasons given in the applications, the order passed on 5th July, 2016 is recalled.
