This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited with this Court as per the award of learned MACT, Washim.

Heard learned Advocates for both sides.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. As such, the application is allowed.

The respondent nos. 1 to 5/claimants are entitled for withdrawal of 50% amount along with interest accrued thereon.

Registry to pay 50% amount to the respondent nos. 1 to 5/claimants on usual undertaking.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.

This is an application for grant of stay.

The entire amount is deposited in this Court, therefore, there cannot be stay to the execution proceedings of award dated 06/12/2022 passed by learned MACT, Washim. As such, the application becomes infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of as infructuous.
