CAF No. 2656 of 2016 : Heard. Appeal is admitted. Learned counsel submits that 75% of the decretal amount, as directed by this Court vide order dated 19th July 2016, has been deposited. In view of that, ad-interim stay granted by this Court on 19.7.2016 is hereby confirmed till final disposal of the appeal. Application is disposed of. Respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking within four weeks from today.
