In view of the statement made by Ms N.P. Mehta, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent-Committee, that the tribe claim of the petitioner is already decided on 5-8-2024, we permit the petitioner to appear in the office of the respondent-Committee on 9-8-2024 to collect the copy of the order passed by the respondent-Committee. 2.

In case the order passed by the respondent-Committee is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to question the same by filing appropriate proceedings.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
