The learned counsel for the respondent states that PAN card details of the appellant have not been provided and therefore, the amount is not disbursed in terms of the judgment dated 30.01.2024 passed by this Court. The appellant is directed to provide photocopies of the PAN card to the Chief Claims Officer, Central Railway, C.S.T. Mumbai and also to learned counsel for the respondent.

The respondent is directed to remit the amount to the appellant on or before 20.02.2025, subject to receipt of PAN card details before 14.02.2025.
