WRIT PETITION NOS. 4162/2023, 4164/2023, 4165/2023, 4166/2023 In all these petitions, Mr. Mirza, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that permission to fill in the post has been granted by the Education Officer and the Deputy Director of Education, in view of which, he does not wish to press those petitions. The statement is accepted, the petitions are dismissed as not pressed.

(2) 22 wp 4164-2023 ors WRIT PETITION NOS. 4161/2023 & 4163/2023 Writ Petition Nos. 4161/2023 and 4163/2023 Mr. Majid, learned Counsel for the Education Officer (Primary) does not dispute that the posts which are sought to be filled are sanctioned. He also does not dispute that in terms of Clause - 8 of the Government Resolution dated 13/07/2016, if permission is asked for filling the vacant post, the same has to be granted (page 46). He, therefore, seeks time to make a statement as to within what time the permission would be granted.
