In view of orders passed on 27.08.2018 in Writ Petition No. 4467/2018 and today in Writ Petition No.3457/2018 and other connected matters, we are inclined to give petitioner leave to file appeal with the Divisional Commissioner at Nagpur, within a period of 10 days from today. If such an appeal is filed, the Divisional Commissioner shall attempt to
