Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for permitting him to correct his name in the claim petition as "Altaf Hussain Bhaiyabhai @ Altaf Hussain Kothawala" and submitted that the appellant No.1 is directed to correct the name accordingly in the appeal memo, as the office has raised the objection in that regard. For which, learned Counsel for the appellant and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.2 have given no objection.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that he has already filed a copy of the Adhar Card before the office and made an averment in that regard

Considering the reason stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in the original Claim Petition within a week.

Similarly, the appellant is directed to carry out the amendment in the appeal memo accordingly. 6.
After carrying out the amendment, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount to the applicant as per the order dated 25/10/2024 passed in Civil Application No. 3197/2024.
