The appellant has filed these applications to condone the delay caused in filing an application for setting aside the dismissal order against respondent No. 2 and 3 and restoration of the appeal against them for which advocate for respondent No. 5 as well as learned AGP for respondent No. 4 have given no objection, considering which the applications are allowed. The delay of 56 days in filing the application for restoration of appeal against respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is condoned. The appeal be registered accordingly.
