This appeal is of original defendants who has suffered with decree of specific performance passed in R.C.A. No. 139 of 2012. During the pendency of the Second Appeal, the parties have amicably settled the matter out of the Court and, for information the copy of settlement deed (Kararnama) dated 09.11.2019 is placed on record alongwith a Pursis. It is informed that as per agreed settlement, the parties have already taken steps and they jointly requested for disposal of the appeal. 3.

Since the matter is amicably settled, nothing survives in this appeal. Hence Second Appeal stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
