DATED : 26.06.2025 The appellant, the insurance company, has filed an application to restrain the claimants from withdrawing the entire compensation amount deposited with the Court. Upon perusal of the record, it appears that this Court, vide judgment and order dated 24/01/2025 in First Appeal No. 108/2010, permitted Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to withdraw the balance amount of compensation, along with accrued interest thereon, lying in the Court. In view of the same, I do not find substance in the application for restraining the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 from withdrawing the amount. Hence, the application is rejected.

Registry is directed to comply with Clause No. 12 of the order dated 24/01/2025.

The Registry is directed to transfer the amount of compensation lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, to the bank accounts of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as per the award, in proportionate amounts within four weeks on their furnishing their bank account details to the Registry. 4.

The application is disposed of as above.
