2) We have perused the writ petition as well as reply filed by the respondent no.3. The Education Officer (Secondary) on 21/7/2022 granted administrative authority to the respondent no.3 to act as In-charge Head Master for the period from 30/6/2022 to 30/9/2022.

3) While issuing notice on 26/7/2022, the petitioner no.2 was permitted to submit the pay bills under his signature without prejudice to the rights of the parties. It can be seen from the impugned communication dated 21/7/2022 that it has now ceased to operate.
