Vide oral judgment dated May 08, 2025, this Court had allowed the writ petition and had made the Rule absolute in terms of Prayer Clause (a) of the writ petition. Our oral judgment is quite clear on the issue of relief granted in favour of the petitioner. The difficulty that is faced by the applicant-original respondent no.1 in the matter of acceptance of Earnest Money Deposit through offline mode can very well be handled by them as we have not placed any embargo on their rights.

In view of above, we see no reason to issue any further directions. The civil application is rejected and the same stands disposed of.
