In view of the judgment rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No.2228 of 2015 on 20.07.2016, a similar order would be necessary in these writ petitions also.

Since we have already quashed and set aside the impugned order passed by the Chairman, Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur in Writ Petition No.2228 of 2015, the Chairman, Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur may take a fresh decision in the matter of allotment of the plot in question to either, or any of the parties, in accordance with law after this Court decides Writ Petition No.1260 of 2014.
