Civil Application No.1770 of 2017 and Civil Application No.1772 of 2017 are filed for bringing the names of the legal representatives of the petitioner No.1 and the petitioner No.12 respectively on record, and Civil Application No.1768 of 2017 is filed for correction in the name of the petitioner No.14. Civil Applications No.1769 of 2017 and 1771 of 2017 are also filed for condonation of delay caused in bringing the names of the petitioners No.1 and 12 respectively.

For the reasons stated in these applications, we are satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of

1809wp1769.02.odt delay and a case is also made out for grant of permission to bring the names of the legal representatives of the petitioners No.1 and 12 on record. Similarly, the correction needs to be carried out in the name of the petitioner No.14.

Hence, all these civil applications are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
