In connected Writ Petition No. 7041 of 2016 same award passed under the provisions of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is challenged. Today, an order is passed on Civil Application No. 1875 of 2019 in Writ Petition No.7041 of 2016 permitting the petitioner in that petition to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.1-Bhimrao Parasramji Kolhe. In Civil Application No.1875 of 2019 filed in Writ Petition No.7041 of 2016, four legal representatives of respondent No.1-Bhimrao Parasramji Kolhe are shown. The learned Advocate for the petitioner in this petition, i.e. Writ Petition No.3420 of 2017 states that they could get the details of only one legal representative of Bhimrao Parasramji Kolhe and therefore, he is only shown as proposed legal representative of respondent No.1-Bhimrao Kolhe.

2 wp3420.17 On oral request made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, permission is granted to amend Civil Application No. 1876 of 2019 to show the names and details of the other three legal representatives of respondent No.1Bhimrao Parasramji Kolhe. Shri R.S.Kalkar, Advocate holding for Shri H.V.Siras, Advocate appears for the proposed legal representatives of the respondent No.1.

Accepting the explanation given in the application, the petitioners are permitted to bring on record legal representatives of the respondent No.1-Bhimrao Parasramji Kolhe on record.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
