Mr. S.P. Dharmadhikari, learned Senior Counsel for petitioners, states that the grievance of the petitioners would stand satisfied if the respondent Corporation is willing to reconsider the grievances of the petitioners in the light of the policy as is clarified by the State Government in the subsequent Government Resolutions dated 1.12.2015 & 28.1.2016. We find that the request made by the petitioners is reasonable. The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Corporation to reconsider the grievances of the petitioners in the light of the Government Resolutions dated 1.12.2015 & 28.1.2016 without being influenced by the earlier orders, if any. The same shall be done as expeditiously as
