The present application is filed for grant of permission to transfer the excess amount from First Appeal No. 1005/2019 in First Appeal No. 1470/2019.

The appellant had to deposit the amount of Rs. 17,10,101/- in FA No. 1470/2019 but inadvertently, the same was deposited in FA No. 1005/2019 i.e. in present appeal. So also the amount of Rs. 9,24,742/- was required to be deposited in First Appeal No.

1005/2019 but inadvertently, the amount of Rs. 17,10,101/- was deposited in the same appeal. 3.

Thus, total excess amount of Rs. 7,85,359/- is allowed to be transferred in FA No. 1470/2019 from First Appeal No. 1005/2019.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
