Civil Application is taken out by the petitioner in Writ Petition No.4131/2022 seeking substitution of the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and also addition of the Regional Deputy Director, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department, Amravati Division, Amravati.

Since the amendment is very much necessary for determining the controversy between the parties, the Civil Application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment in the petition within a period of two weeks from today.

On behalf of the newly added respondent, Mr. D.P.Thakre, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice.

Learned counsel is permitted to carry out the amendment in connected Writ petition No.5957/2019 in accordance with the above order, since there is change in the nomenclature of the respondents and amendment is necessary.

Re-notify to 19th November, 2024.
