As the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is ready, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to the applicant within a period of one week thereafter. 4.

After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant to carry out amendment to the application on or before 26.07.2024. Copy of the amended application and the copy of nd.thawre
