DATE :- JULY 14, 2022 By this writ petition the petitioner has sought a direction to be issued to the respondent no.1 to appoint him on compassionate basis.

Today, a pursis has been tendered by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1. in which it has been stated that on 09.07.2022 a resolution was passed by the Executive Committee resolving to appoint the petitioner on compassionate basis. Thereafter on 11.07.2022 an order of appointment to be served on the petitioner has been issued. In view of aforesaid, since the respondent no.1 has issued an appointment order to the petitioner, he is permitted to join on the post of 'Peon' at Yashwant Vidyalaya, Kelzar. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
