A matrimonial discord has led to prosecution of the petitioner, who was working as an Assistant Professor with the respondent no.2 College. His services were duly approved.

Post his acquittal, he has sought release of unpaid salary, for which the College has sought guidance from the Joint Director of Higher Education, which is informed to be pending.

In the aforesaid background, we deem Rgd.

Order 2406wp3230.25 it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by passing following order.

We direct the respondent Joint Director of Higher Education, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the issue sought to be canvassed by the employer of the petitioner/respondent no.2 College, as reflected in the communication dated 03.01.2025, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of communication of this order.
