The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both the parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded.

In view of settlement, the petition is disposed of as per terms of compromise.

Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rules.

The parties to bear their own costs.
