For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 24.06.2015 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty in the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of one week. If the costs are paid and the writ petition is restored, issue notice to the respondent nos.5 and 6, returnable after three weeks therefrom. The miscellaneous civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
