The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order of permanent transfer dated 17/06/2020. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, initially on 17/06/2020, he was directed to take charge of Semadoh Branch for a period of two days and was accordingly relieved. However by another order also dated 17/06/2020, his services have been permanently transferred to Semadoh as Branch Manager. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he received the said transfer order on his email only on 10/08/2020. 3.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, we permit him to make an appropriate representation with the respondent No.1, if he has any grievance as to his permanent transfer. If such representation

Keeping all questions open, writ petition is disposed of.
