The learned Counsel for the non-applicant has produced the order passed by the Principal Bench of this Court in Misc. Civil Application No.329/2023 wherein the petition which was pending before the Family Court, Nagpur is already transferred to Court at Nashik. Now, the applicant has filed the application to transfer the proceeding for custody from Nashik to Nagpur. In the order passed by this Court in Misc. Civil Application No.329/2023 it is already observed that the Misc. Civil Application will become infructuous which is pending before this Court.

Considering the observations made by this Court in Misc. Civil Application No.329/2023, this application has become infructuous. Hence, it is disposed of as infructuous.
