Early hearing is sought on the ground that because of the interim order passed in this petition the respondent No.1 is deprived of the benefits of 6th pay commission. The respondent is in employment and getting her salary. The prayer of the respondent for grant of early hearing is earlier rejected by the order dated 24th January, 2014 and 23rd September, 2015. Considering the pendency of writ petitions of earlier years and the fact that the respondent has not been able to show that the petition is required to be heard out of turn, the civil application is rejected.
