th APRIL , 2023 The present application is filed by the appellant/applicant for condonation of delay of 192 days in filing Second Appeal. 2.

It appears that the First Appeal is disposed of on 11/02/2020 and the appellant had applied for certified copy of same on 24/02/2020 and received the copy on 27/02/2020. However, due to Covid-19 pandemic, he could not file the appeal within time. The appellant has filed the appeal on 23/11/2020 along with application for condonation of delay. As such, there is delay of 192 days in filing the Second Appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that there is no intentional or deliberate delay and the reason is satisfactory explained. As such, the application is allowed and delay in filing Second Appeal is hereby condoned.
